These cookies are not your typical sugar cookie, their texture is a little more like cake than cookie, yet they are flat. Such great flavor and really moist.
1/2 cup butter softened
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups All-purpose GF Flour (Jules Gluten Free)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add sour cream, eggs adn vanilla; beat until smooth. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture; stil until a fost dough forms. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto a lightly greasted aking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
